Does childcare take place in our home?
Yes. The service concept is centred on care in the family’s home, so children can stay in familiar surroundings.
Which age groups is the service for?
Please include your children’s age groups in your enquiry. We discuss whether the requested care matches the caregiver’s experience and availability.
Can I request regular and occasional care?
Both are envisaged as part of the service. Individual bookings and regular care schedules are agreed according to availability.
What is the difference between care and placement?
Direct childcare involves arranging a specific care assignment. Placement involves finding a longer-term caregiver. Contracting parties and employer responsibilities are explicitly clarified before an agreement is made.
